United Airline Excuse: Delhi Airport, united flight 83 not allowing passengers to bring any water onboard for a 14 hour flight to EWR. They set up a second TSA security point at the gate (even though we already went through security) and will not allow any water bought at the airport into the gate waiting area. AND there is nowhere to buy water at the gate. The 2 pepsi vending machines at the gate have been unplugged. ANOTHER example of how tone-deaf United is to the most basic human needs of your passengers.
